Karagöz Kardeşler ve Arnau için özel kurabiyeler / Special cookies for Karagöz Sisters and Arnau

Özel istek üzerine Esma, Fatma ve misafir Arnau için cici, çiçek temalı kurabiyeler hazırladım. Özel bir sunumla da bu kişiye özel lezzetleri paketledim. Elbette yaparken çok eğlendim ama benim için en güzel kısmı kurabiyeleri deneyip, gözlerindeki beğenmiş ve mutlu ifadeleriyle tarifini istedikleri andı :)

Over request, I prepared really nice cookies for Fatma, Esma and our guest Arnau with flower theme. And gave the cookies by packaging in a special design. Of course I enjoyed a lot while preparing but for me the best part was the moment they asked the recipe with a pleasure look and a smile on their face :)

Mehmet'in Doğumgünü Pastası / Mehmet's Birthday Cake

Mehmet'in doğum günü için, hiç yapılmamış bir şey olsun istedim. Bir de paylaştığımız bir şey. CD şeklinde pasta yapmaya karar verdim ben de. Çok da güzel oldu ^^ İçi kakolu kek ve beyaz kremadan yapılmış yüksek pastam yine afiyetle yendi :)

For Mehmet's birthday I wanted to bake someting that never done before and something we shared.So I decided to shape the cake as a CD. And it became pretty sweet :) We all ate the high cake, which had a cake with cacao and vanilla cream in it, with pleasure :) 

Christmas Cookies/ Yeni Yıl Kurabiyeleri

Yeni bir yıl, yeni umutlar, yeni kurabiye ve pastalar!..

Insanın sevdiği bir şeyi sevdiği bir insan için yapması gibisi yok. Bu seferki kurabiyeler gerçekten içime sindi :) Yeni sayfamda da çok güzel durdular :) 

Herkese güzel, sağlıklı, mutluluk ve sevdikleriyle dolu bir yıl diliyorum. Bir de lezzetli kurabiye ve pastalarla tabii!

A new year, new hopes and new cookies & cakes!...

There is nothing like to do something you like for the one you love. This time cookies really made me happy. Both in taste and look :) And they looked amazing on my new gorgeous blog :)

Nihancığımın Penguenli Doğum Günü Pastası / My sweet Nihan's BirthdayCake with Penguins

Nihan penguenleri çok seviyor. Onun için önce biraz model çalışması yaparak Nihan'a üstünde penguen ailesi(anne,baba ve 3 çocuk) ve minik buzdan evli bir pasta hazırladım. Kreması bu sefer kakaolu olan pastam, en beğenilen ikinci pasta oldu. Hem görünüş, hem tadı açısından. Afiyet olsun diyor ve ekliyorum: İyi ki doğmuşsun Nihancığım ^^

Nihan adores penguins. So for her, I prepared a cake with penguin family(dad-mom and 3 children) having an igloo in colour of ice blue. Cacao and chocolate cream cake became one of the most liked cakes. Both in look and taste. Wishing bon appetite and adding: Happy Birthday My Dearest, Nihan!

Özgün Deniz'in 2 Yaş Kurabiyeleri / Özgün Deniz's Second Year Cookies

Biricik Özgün Deniz'imiz iki yaşında! Doğduğu gün daha dün gibi. Ona ve cici annesine 2 yaş kurabiyeleri hazırladık. Mavi-beyaz renkli kurdelalarla süsleyip, sarıp sarmalayarak doğum gününe yetişir umuduyla İzmir'e gönderdik. Bu sefer şanslıydık. Kurabiyeler tam gününün sabahında ulaştı! İyi ki doğmuşsun Özgün Deniz, mutlu ve uzun bir yaş diliyoruz sana. Mutlu yıllar :)

Our dearie Özgün Deniz finished his second year! The day he was born ıs lıke yesterday. We prepared second year cookıes for him and his sweet mom. By garnishing the package of cookies with blue-white ribbons and packagıng them thousands of layers to be safe, we sent them to İzmir. Hoping to reach on time... We were lucky this time. Cookies were there just before the celebration. Wising you a long, happy and wonderful life Özgün Deniz! Happy birthday :)

Aslı'nın Doğum Günü Pastası / Aslı's Birthday Cake

Aslıcığım dikiş dikmeyi çok sevdiği için ona dikiş konseptli Singer marka makineli bir pasta hazırladım. Bire bir modelleme yaparak süslediğim pasta herkesin beğenisini topladı. Pandispanya ve kek genel kullandığım tarifler olduğu için birazcık lezzeti garantiliydi ^^ ;)

Since my dear friend Aslı likes sewing a lot, I prepared a sewing concept cake with Singer brand sewing machine. By using one-to-one modelling, I got a pretty successful result. The cream and pandispanya are regular ones I am using, so the taste was guaranteed ;)

Cansu'nun Doğum Günü Pastası / Cansu's Birthday Cake

Cansu Eczacı olduğu için, ona sevgi dolu bir ilaç sepeti hazırlamak istedik. Zerrin'le birlikte hazırladığımız fıstıklı ve damla çikolatalı pastası, Cansu gibi ilaç görünümlü şekerler, içinden sevgi akan şurup ve bır tanesiye mutluluğunuza mutluluk katan antidepresanla süsledik: CANSUTRAL. Herkes de afiyetle yedi.

Since Cansu is a pharmacist, we( me and Zerrin) wanted to prepare a bucket full with pills. It became a pill looking sugar dough covered cake with white cream containing stone chocolates and pistachio. Also added a syrup puring love and pills making you happiest person with taking one: CANSUTRAL. Everybody enjoyed this delicious cake.
